Stage payments for Triena

If you purchase an off-plan project from us, a 10% deposit on the total price is required at the initial stage to secure the property. When the final contracts are signed and the land is transferred into your name, a further 35% will need to be paid. The remaining 55% of the total amount is then paid in the following stages with the progress of the building works:

1st payment: amount equal to 20% will be paid on the completion of the foundations and the skeleton of the building. 2nd payment: amount equal to 15% will be paid on the completion of the brickwork and wiring / electric installations.

3rd payment: amount equal to 15% will be paid once the plastering has been completed. 4th payment: amount equal to 20% will be paid once the floors have been tiled and basic plumbing has been completed.

5th payment: amount equal to 25% will be paid on the completion of the installation of doors, windows, kitchen units, wardrobes and painting, as well as the installation of the central heating system.

6th payment: amount equal to 5% will be paid on the completion of your lovely new home, once you have had a chance to check the quality of our work and report any possible, but unlikely oversights.

As soon as the deeds are signed, we will sign a guarantee of manufacture of works. This will be accompanied by an itemized table of special construction features. Systems such as solar panels, central heating and water tank etc. are considered standard equipment within our builds. We do not consider them as optional extras.

Landscaping is usually not included in our prices, because each plot and each client needs something different. If you need our assistance to create a nice garden or build a swimming pool, we are of course at your side - as well as in any other matter that might arise when you come to enjoy your new home and your new life in Crete!
